Great small locally-owned company to work with. Frank (the owner) showed us three styles of carpet with hundreds of colors to choice from. After ordering the carpet the office manager kept us informed on the status of our order.  The carpet we order turned out to back order and once the carpet was available called to schedule the installation. Our job became more complicated due to timing and breaking it up over 3 install days, and the team did everything they could to accommodate and be helpful. Denver Flooring does a wonderful job. No high pressure sales; they strive to satisfy what you want/need without overselling an expensive product.  The installers are punctual and do good work! We recently purchased a home where the previous owners had started refinishing the hardwood floors themselves but stopped halfway, leaving us with a patchwork of raw wood, half-sanded areas, and unevenly finished boards. Denver Floors sent over Alex and his team, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable, and gave us clear recommendations on what needed to be done right away versus what could wait, keeping in mind our future renovation plans. We hadn’t realized how many imperfections there were, but Alex and his crew addressed everything with care and precision. The results are stunning, our floors look and feel incredible. On top of that, they were thoughtful about explaining the initial upkeep, walking us through what we could and couldn’t do in the first 3, 5, and 7 days after the job was completed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care went above and beyond. Unfortunately I am too far away to hire them, but I did call looking for a tie breaking opinion on flooring material.   Not only did Summer take time to chat, but she also called her boss to ask.   She called me back in less than 5 minutes.   So, even tho they had no stake in my project, they took the time and were kind enough to answer.  In today's world, kindness is huge!!  If I lived near Denver they would be doing my floors!!   Thank you!
